Q: How do I know if this programming is for me?

The first week is completely free!

The first week is designed to discover if online programming is the right format for you.  Factors to consider are the specific presentation of your injury, your exercise experience, and the equipment available to you.

We will also be able to review if you are eligible to have the service covered by extended healthcare benefits.

Q: How does it work?

When you sign up, one of our experts will connect with you to schedule a video consultation. After gathering information about you and your injury, you'll be provided with a week of exercises.

Over the course of the week, you'll be asked to keep detailed notes of your experience in the TAG training app. At the end of the trial week, you'll reconnect with your coach to discuss the next steps in your rehab journey.

Q: Is this service covered by health benefits?

We will also be able to review if you are eligible to have the service covered by extended healthcare benefits during your free trial week.

This will depend on the type of insurance you have and where you are physically located.
